All our orders are fulfilled by FBL//Fulfilled By Liquid Ink in Toronto, ON, Canada.

// HOLIDAY SHIPPING

Orders placed from October 1st on, are not guaranteed to be arrive for Christmas. We will not be issuing refunds due to delays or products not arriving on time.

Shipping Delays & COVID-19

All Canadian orders are shipped via Canada Post. Due to COVID-19 and holiday traffic, please account for longer shipping timelines. We apologize for the delay however it is beyond our control. Canada Post’s estimated shipping times are no longer guaranteed and may take several weeks to arrive. This is a trying time for many of us, and Canada Post employees are doing their best. Our team is small but mighty and we are also doing our best to adapt to the changes caused by the pandemic. We are grateful for the opportunity to produce these products and would love nothing more than to get them in your hands for the holidays. We are all human, and also have families and children that we care for. We work tirelessly to create these products for you, pack them, and ship them with the utmost care to give you the best unboxing experience. We very much appreciate you support, patience and understanding. We wish you a safe and happy holiday season.

// PRE-ORDERS

When you are pre-ordering one of our items please pay close attention to the estimated ship date of the product. If you have any questions or concerns please email us at shop@karlynpercil.com and we'll be happy to assist you.  

// REGULAR PROCESSING TIME 

All shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your product. All orders are generally processed in 2-3 days and then shipped out to you. If you notice any errors in your shipping address please notify us right away as our labels are printed within 24 hours.

// USA SHIPPING

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days and then shipped to you. All orders come with tracking information and are mailed using USPS Priority Mail which arrives in 2-4 business days. We highly recommend leaving your phone number when you check out because it allows for an extra bit of security in case the postal service has trouble delivering. 

// CANADIAN SHIPPING

All orders are processed in 2-3 days on average and then shipped out to you with a tracking number. We provide Expedited Shipping with tracking on all orders. Regular mail shipping can take anywhere from 3-7 business days. We highly recommend leaving your phone number when you check out because it allows for an extra bit of security in case the postal service has trouble delivering.

// INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders do not include import duties, taxes, shipping costs, and other charges in the item price. Please check your country's customs office to determine if there are any additional costs prior to purchasing the planner. All orders are processed in 2-3 days.

    // RETURNS & EXCHANGES

    We really want you to love your products. If you have any questions please email us at shop@karlynpercil.com and we will be happy to help you.

    We accept returns within 30 days of the item being marked "shipped". Please email us directly at shop@karlynpercil.com so we can process your return. The item must be undamaged and remain in its original packaging. Refunds are only offered as store credit and we are not responsible for return shipping costs. 

    // DAMAGES

    Once an order leaves our fulfillment house, we are unable to control how it is handled by the carrier. We take great pride in the way we package our planner so if your order arrives damaged please let us know immediately so we can send you a replacement.
